Florida governor Ron DeSantis hosted COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Accountability Roundtable, inviting doctors as well as leading scientific experts in biology and epidemiology to answer pressing questions about safety and effectiveness of mRNA shots. Additionally, the topic of censorship of medical professionals and its repercussions for public health was discussed extensively. Among other actions, Gov. DeSantis announced "a petition with the Supreme Court of Florida to impanel a grand jury to investigate any and all wrongdoing in Florida with respect to COVID-19 vaccines."
