Although this new york city apartment is quite small, at least its affordable for the manhattan location. That being said, SHOULD you rent this place? Its definitely got a few less square feet than most places, even in NYC but on the bright side, its got a dishwasher. At the end of the day anything better than this apartment costs more money, and someone’s definitely going to rent this.
