Avatar: The Way Of Water is off to a good enough start in the box office, and with critical and audience acclaim. However, that hasn't stopped a from calling for a boycott of the film. Indigenous people of color supporters feel director James Cameron has made a "racist" film and is guilty of "cultural appropriation", or "Blueface" by the Na'vi.

Yes, that's right. Cultural appropriation. Of fictional blue aliens. In a movie.

Truth is stranger than fiction.
