According to Eko Noer Kristiyanto, a sports law researcher, Indonesia's plan to sue BWF to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) is an exaggeration.

According to him, regarding the All England, BWF has sent a letter of apology to the Indonesian government and that is enough.

"Apology is something that is very hard for a federation to do," said the man who is often called Eko Maung.

Eko reminded that International Arbitration settlements tend to be civil cases and are related to nominal money.

"When we measure it in nominal terms, it's as if we are reducing national pride with money," said Eko.
