How Did I Miss This WEIRD but COOL Picking Technique?

Gus G, guitarist of Firewind and Ozzy Osbourne, used a crazy harmonic picking technique that I've never seen before! How did I miss this? It's kind of like a "rolling harmonic" but with palm muting. Who knew about all 3 of the techniques that I demonstrate in this video?
