Ingredients & preparation:
Peel off a banana and cut the peel into slices.
Extract the juice from one lemon and reserve.
Cut the lemon into slices.
Put the chopped lemon and banana peel into a saucepan.
Add a glass of water and boil at low heat for 10 min.
Cut the banana into slices.
Peel off an apple and cut it into slices.
Peel and chop 1 inch of fresh ginger.
Put the chopped ingredients into a blender.
Add lemon juice.
Add the previously banana and lemon boiled water.
Blend it well and pour it into a cup.
Let it steep for 20 minutes.
Strain it and drink 1/2 an hour before breakfast.
Enjoy the drink warm or at room temperature.

Drink it with an empty stomach. Keep the drink in a glass bottle in the fridge. The juice keeps drinkable for 3 days.
