00:03:54 ~ I'm up to speak to the BOW at the podium... (I address the issues I have been bringing to them the last 3 weeks!)

00:07:44 ~ Giving the BOW President Linda Gregory documents I had with me... for her to review.

00:08:00 ~ BOW President Gregory asks where I got the documents... I inform her they were PUBLIC DOCUMENTS that I obtained through a Record Request! I received the records from the Personnel Dept for the City of Muncie on the 2nd Floor.

00:08:32 ~ BOW President Gregory says the BOWs did not authorize the Utility Payment @ the property in question! (Which is what I have been saying, I am aware of that... SO WHO DID!?).

00:10:24 ~ Talking to City Controller Craig Wright in the audience... asking if this was paid by the MRC (Muncie Re-development Commission). The Controller said he wasn't going to sit there and say one way or another... and I reminded him that he already said they were MRC Claims on December 7th in a BOWs meeting & on December 15th in an MRC meeting.

00:12:23 ~ BOW Member Ted Baker asks if I have spoke to the MRC... I explain about the MRC and I advise the BOWs to watch the MRC meeting from December 15th, 2022.

00:13:10 ~ Meeting Adjourns... & I collect my paperwork! I ask Controller Wright if he wants to take a look at the paperwork and he tells me I can throw them over to the side and he huffs and sighs... I ask him what his attitude is about... but I advise him to just tell the damn truth "dude." To which he replies he "doesn't like that his character is getting assassinated!" to which I then let him know what I think of that remark!

00:13:46 ~ I am leaving... at which point I tell Controller to "tell the ***DAMN Truth!" (I know, I know... of all the words... I NORMALLY DO NOT USE THAT ONE... I punished myself for this... but I did NOT... need the police to jump in!)

00:15:00 ~ I walk out of City Hall! (I proceed to talk for a few mins... from 00:15:01
forward... but my audio cuts out around the 18 min mark... you don't miss anything I wont cover in my NEXT Live video!)
