Stopping Anxiety with These Quick and Easy Breathing Exercises - Anxiety Relief Technique Hacks

I've tried out a lot over the last few years but nothing comes close to the Wim Hof Method, but these lot are also very very effective in the short term when you are out and about, on zoom calls or any other time your brain is making you think you're in a fight or flight situation.
I am breaking it down and actually showing the process - not just telling you what to do. These are the easiest AND most effective, allow me to ramble on, make some silly edits and help you out a bit.

Even after 7 years I still don't want to do the Wim Hof breathing, despite knowing I enjoy it every single time and I feel great both in the short and long term.
Fun little mind games that give me a daily challenge of who I want to be.

That previous version of myself, where I listened to my excuse maker, avoided anything that seemed like work to live in comfort, only to end up not enjoying the comfort. Understanding this about myself has come from the breathing exercises, where you get calm enough to see what you're doing is really childish and causing more problems.
I hope you don't take as long as I did to realise your own pitfalls and start helping yourself, despite eveyerone around you doing the opposite

Twpzen.com is my website (zero cost) where I have been uploading all the most effective and fun exercises to try out that are scientifically proven to help your brain and body.
THERE IS ALSO A FREE EBOOK I MADE FOR YOU THERE - IS FREE

Again, been studying this stuff for a while, failing to try things fully and talking myself out of being happy long-term, for short-term pleasures.
I've tried to make this as personable as I can, there's so much boring content out there and I just want to try and get eyes on the prize of self-discovery, maybe making you laugh at some point. Or realise that if this loser can get himself through the day, you can too!

See you @twpzen www.TwpZen.com
