BC snowstorm: Frigid temperatures across South Coast as province prepares for another winter blast

It was a snowy, icy commute for motorists Monday morning battling the conditions in Metro Vancouver.

Cars backed up on Highway 1 through Coquitlam and Burnaby and drivers going less than 20 kilometers an hour on the busy route. Sunday's snow on B.C.’s South Coast once again, causing chaos on the roads.

The region is bracing for yet another dump of snow as a snowfall warning has once again been issued for Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and parts of Vancouver Island for Monday as artic high pressure settles in.
