Marc A. Pullen - Triste (instrumental metal)

This is the last song I wrote before my kitty Charlotte passed away on December 5th 2022. She was at the ripe old age of 19, and was usually by my side while I was recording my music all the back to 2004. She would often give me looks of approval for particularly good songs, or would just nap while I recorded stuff. This one in particular is dedicated to her.

I was aiming for a different sound for this one, using some of my old MIDI orchestral sounds, going back to drop tuning on a new 7 string guitar (Ibanez RGD71ALMS) and my older 5 string Ibanez bass I've used on other mega drop tuned albums, pretty happy with the sound and mix. More to come.
