Rain Water is the best water for orchids! SOMETIMES! IT DEPENDS! Collecting rain water for orchids is a fantastic way to get clean water for orchids. BUT, this video will show why it is important to NOT just rely on the fact that it is rain water, and the source is clean. Not ALL cases of collected rain water for orchids is ideal. Many factors can influence the true quality of collected rain water, so in this video, I show my process of discerning what the quality of the collected rain water is and how I can apply it for my orchids. pH and TDS are my go to devices to make a calculated decision and prepare a bucket of rain water with nutrients.
