Fix OLight Baldr-S wobble

For Olights Baldr-S, Baldr-Mini, Valkyrie 2 Mini, or any other Olight that mounts this way to your pistol.
I noticed my older Baldr-S was wobbly on my M17, so this is how I fixed it. It's in the instruction manual, but the manual is not very clear on what these set screws do, so I thought I'd clarify.
