Leon was losing the fight going into the 5th and needed a finish to get the win. In the final round, Leon throws a fake jab and immediately follows behind it with the left head kick. He knew that Usman likes to slip to the outside of his jab and counter. By doing this, he doesn't give Usman the time to react to the kick because he slips his head at the same time the kick lands. This type of high level setup doesn't give your opponent anytime to react to defend the kick. Nights like this usually only happen in movies...
