Banana Bread Recipe
3 banana's
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Sift flour. Add flour, baking soda & salt to mixing bowl. Whisk together. Set aside.
In a separate bowl cream margarine & sugar. Add eggs & vanilla.
Add dry ingredients , mix together. Add sour cream & mix ingredients.
In a separate bowl mash banana's.
Add banana's to ingredients , fold banana's in mix , * Do not over mix.
Add walnuts (Optional) Fold over.
Place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
