Does Galatians 3:15-18, 23-29 Nullify the Covenant with National Israel?

Galatains is about addressing whether or not one must become an ethnic Israelite to be part of the covenants epsecially thew Avrahamic covenant. No verses in Galations can be used to say national Israel is no longer YaH's people.
