Belarus dictator Lukashenko admits he and Putin are 'co aggressors' and 'toxic people'

In a press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko compare who is the 'most toxic' person as they joke as they joke about during press interviews.

Lukashenko confirms that he is a 'co aggressors' and ally to Putin during this time as he then goes on to say that the pair discuss whether 'most toxic people on this planet'.
