Shelling of civilian only areas continues. Ukrainian artillery fire hits the same civilian hospital in Donetsk for the second time in 24 hours, as heavy rounds also strike residential buildings and a kindergarten according to local officials. "Grad" missiles were used to shell the hospitals, made in Slovakia and "given" to Ukraine under the NATO weapons "gifting" arrangements. One person was injured in the hospital. The hospital administration buildings were also struck but "out of hours" and luckily no-one was hurt. The day before, two people were killed and many injured in the same hospital.

No room for talks: £250,000,000 more weaponry is being sent by Britain as Rishi Sunak, Britain's Prime Minister, says Russia will not negotiate for peace (QS that simply isn't true, Russia has been asking for formal negotiations since the special operation commenced in February. Now having been told formally by Angela Merkel that the Minsk protocols were never intended to be kept by Ukraine and that the UN mandated Minsk agreements between Ukraine and the two republics of Donbass - Donetsk and Lugansk - were just lip-service to buy time to arm and train Ukraine to the hilt, Pres. Putin said he wished he had acted sooner). Britain is also hosting new "soldiers" to train as soldiers for Ukraine, also at British public's expense of course. It's not known the split of how many Ukrainian nationals and how many mercenaries from elsewhere.
