Kerry gets us moving with 20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training and boogie moves (plus warm up and cool down). Then we hand over to Helen who teaches us how to focus on our breath and how it affects how we feel in our bodies, she encourages us to sit quiet as frogs and reads us her favourite story, with all the voices!
