Scared Stiff by Sleep Paralysis Filipina Wife Wakes Me Up

Off topic video today but something that has happened to me since I was small-sleep paralysis, both before sleep and after sleep, even now during naps. Frustrating to both me and my wife who has to wake up and push me to get me to wake up as I am making noise and struggling to snap out of it. Usually a bad dream is involved. Comments are welcome.
