Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 8 tablespoons of tapioca
• 300g pork sausage
• 1 tomato
• 1 small grated carrot
• 1/4 of an onion
• 1/4 of leek
• 1/2 zucchini
• salt to taste
• Oregano
• Chive
• 1 spoon of baking powder
• Grated Parmesan cheese

Method:

Add all the ingredients except the parmesan cheese, mix well, pour into a mold, spread the parmesan cheese, bake at 180º C for 30 to 35 minutes
