Homeless Man NYC Subway

This is one of hundreds of homeless people I've seen in NYC forced to live on the subways by Mayor Bill DeBlasio as he chases them off the streets. They have mental health issues and deserve much better than this. NYC needs to start giving them proper shelter and mental health services to better their lives.
