Surah Al Baqarah 2: 189

O prophet, your companions ask you about Hilal and his shapeshifting. say to them, "Allah made halal as signs for men to know the predetermined times of their worship, the times of fasting and hajj, and the limits of their transactions." It does not include virtues, the customs that you practiced in the Jahiliyah period, or the beginning of Islam by entering houses through the back if you start ihram for Hajj or Umrah, thinking that the deed is a form of self-approach to Allah. However, the real virtue is the act of one who is devoted to God and shuns Maksiat Maksiat. and enter through their doors when praying for Hajj or Umrah, and fear Allah in all your affairs, that you may be fortunate to achieve all that you desire from the good in this world and the hereafter.
