These are sick individuals that will lie and lie, then create more lies to cover up the old lies at the expense of other people without remorse. They understand the laws and use it to their benefits. If you ever interacted with these individuals, they talk in a calm voice, they never take responsibility, and they will keep making false promises over and over.

In 4/19/2023 it will be 3 years from the initial date of the real estate investment. I confronted him with evidence in this past years, and he is still lying. He knew from the start what he was doing, a despicable person or in another word aka scumbag. I'm a reasonable person, just unreasonable to scumbags.
