Can Ukraine destroy the Kerch (Crimea) Bridge?

The Crimea bridge was built by Russia after the Annexation of Crimea in 2014. This bridge is currently being used by Russia to shuttle troops and supplies into Crimea.

Why hasn't the bridge been destroyed? The answer to that goes back to America's involvement in Vietnam and the 7-year long quest to destroy the Thanh Hoa bridge. But the real answer may be something even more brilliant.
