PC Jessica Verbruggen Guilty on 7 Charges.

PC Verbruggen was arrested in November 2021 along side Karl simpkins after a fail to stop police chase in Leeds.

PC Verbruggen a serving police officer for Greater Manchester Police is Charges with:
permitting use of a vehicle with no insurance.
Aiding/abeting the driving of a vehicle whilst disqualified.
2 x computer misuse offences (Unlawful use of Police Systems)
Fraud by false representation.
2 x committing acts with the intent to pervert the course of Justice.

In Court at Leeds Magistrates the Prosecution stated that a 3000 page document detailing the files and information PC Verbruggen accessed is extensive. Mitigating Verbruggens legal representation has confirmed that they will be requesting a special kind of pre sentance report due to health issues.

PC Verbruggen was granted unconditional bail to appear before Leeda Crown Court on 28th October for a plea and case management hearing. It's likely she will be sentanced after Christmas.
