May 21 is a night Amber says Johnny beat her up, leading her to file a temporary restraining order. She testified today that she got the order so she could 'change the locks' 🤷🏼‍♀️ Here's JD's version:
Johnny says he knew Amber was up to no good inviting him over, so he kept his bodyguard close (outside the door) and told them to bust in if they heard ANYTHING. They heard amber say 'stop hitting me Johnny' and busted in to see him standing on the other side of the room.
Anbet testified that her friend Rocky came in, and the bodyguards followed her. He took off after that.
Amber had her phone on and connected with her friend IO in New York. IO heard the commotion and thought it was real. She calls the cops.
The first set of cops show up and see nothing. No scene. No injury. No victim (their words).
Anber testified that they hadnt cleaned the scene up until after the first set of police leave.
Two hours later a second call (from NY) is reported and responded to (in Los Angeles).
The second set of officers had bodycams (this video).
Amber submitted pics of this night. The place is destroyed because (she said) he supposedly took a wine bottle like a baseball bat and smashed the flower vase, the candelabras, the fruit basket and left wine stains etc. This video shows that none of the damage she would later photograph. Not even the wine splatter/stain in the hallway.

There's an audio of Amber begging Johnny to believe her that she didnt call the cops and the only reason she filed for the TRO was because the lawyers made her.
