INTROSPECTION - do fruits feel pain when eaten? | Animal pain | Human pain | Energy in motion

The question feels a bit irrelevant to my perspective, since our own emotions are what matters most. Are you pained or not? If something or someone else is in pain, you are not in their body to feel it. If you are at ease, it will be much easier to help, right? So handling own energies well should be always a higher priority than questions raised by wounded empathy, questions that may end up easily as distractions, and foci for more of one's internal struggles. Never forget, a sick society always wants you to struggle.

"One becomes what they eat" is valid because of the flow of information that is absorbed by the body. While eating dog food or dog meat won't turn us into dogs, same as with any other animal food or meat, a certain level of information from those animals will enter our system and stay there for a long time, and function as if part of our own system. Hence why eating meat can make one feel sluggish, or certain emotions that weren't theirs in the first place (like fear).
Let's not forget processed meat has been a way to mingle with the DNA of people to make them more susceptible to changes, especially diseases. Fruit can also be engineered, let's not forget.
