They had whole armadas of tanks, trucks, planes, and indeed, rockets, that were in a real sense just helium inflatables. They were utilized to trick the adversary (that is you for this situation) into accepting the US had assets, materiel and labor that it really didn't.

That enormous fly they carried out of Afghanistan when they said they were pulling out was an inflatable, as well.

There's reason NASA is the biggest purchaser of helium on the planet. You can confirm this too.
