PT5 | Carnivore Recipe to stay on for the Holiday Season | Zero Carb, Zero Sugar Tiramisu

TIME STAMPS BELOW: Let's stay on track this Christmas Season. In preparation for the holiday festivities, I'm sharing with you a new recipe each day this week (12/12 - 12/16) that in combination will make an entire dinner! Day five, we make zero carb, zero sugar Tiramisu Dessert! Follow along for directions and as always, feel free to make this your own and tweak this to be as strict as you prefer if you're on the Carnivore/Keto Diet!

Carni Friendly "Tiramisu" Ingredients:
Creamy First Layer
- 3 eggs / separate yolks from whites
- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 2 C Heavy Whipping Cream

Coffee/Whiskey Layer
- 1 C Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tbsp finely ground coffee
- 1 tbsp whiskey

Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk your egg yolks before adding in the Mascarpone cheese.
2. Continue mixing while adding in your 2 c heavy whipping cream, then set aside momentarily
3. In a separate bowl, whip your egg whites into stiff peaks.
4. Combine whipped egg whites with mixture, then give it another mix until you achieve a thick consistency.
5. Add this mixture into a piping bag.
6. Begin second layer by mixing 1 c heavy whipping cream, finely ground coffee, and whiskey of choice.
7. Mix ingredients until you achieve a thick consistency, then add this mixture into a piping bag.
8. For assembly, alternate between piping bags to create layers in your select glass container.
- optional step - sprinkle finely ground coffee on top of your dessert
*Storage: Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
