Order of Operations: Unloading a Handgun without using the Safety

This is the long form version of a short I posted recently. It's my response to dozens of people who decided they know better and insisted I put the safety on first. I am far from perfect, but at least in this case I'm pretty sure I'm not wrong. lol

On 1911's, most Sig's, Glocks (and Glock type firearms) along with many other handguns, it is physically impossible to activate a manual safety and then unload them. While I recommend using any safety you can, giving instructions that are impossible more often than not is rarely wise. It leads to confusion and confused people do stupid things.
