Singapore Defense Minister warn United States that they are losing geopolitical war in Indo-Pacific

Singapore's Defense Minister, Dr Ng Eng Hen openly warn USA that they are failing geopolitically in the region (South East Asia) despite doing a lot on the military front with the formation of the Quad and AUKUS.

But USA's geopolitical strategy to focus exclusively on Taiwan issue is going to backfire on them as the region is not looking at the developments and US actions favorably.

Dr Ng, basically spells out that USA with merely military-reasoned presence and investment in the region will not give USA the moral legtimacy and influence in the region that they used to have from the 1960s to 2000.
