UN condemns attack on Russian mission chief in Central African Republic

The United Nations has condemned a terrorist attack on the Russian humanitarian mission in the Central African Republic. The mission chief, Dmitry Sytyy, was hospitalized after a parcel bomb exploded in his hands. RT’s Karabo Letlhatlha brings us more.
