L'italiano in cucina: Merenda sinoira- aperitivo torinese

On the evening of August 6, percorsoItaliano had a cooking workshop. 9 students learned about the aperitivo culture in Torino (also known as \"merenda sinoira\") with Caffè Torino's Andrea Florissi. We had a wonderful time making (thirteen!) different stuzzichini (snacks) to go with a delicious Aperol spritz cocktail. Workshops are a great way to speak Italian outside the traditional classroom setting while learning a fun new skill.
