Joshua is a young power lifter from Ohio who has done MSE with DOME surgical assist. He has finished his MSE expansion and has benefited tremendously from the improvements in his airway, especially with regards to his sleep and athletic performance.

Yet Joshua continues to seek forward expansion, to correct his bite and to improve his airway even more. He is frustrated with lack of results from facemask and wants to know if he should quit facemask and seek alternative forward expansion therapies, or give it more time.
