Tis meditation is broken into three 5 minute sections:
1) The first 5 minutes is the most powerful using your own voice to humm while listening to Solfeggio tones
a) You’re healing your body and all internal systems while humming, thus massaging your body from the inside out.
b) Creating resonance with all 9 solfeggio sound healing frequencies, all at once to further align and heal the body. Plus a 10 tone (3-6-9) that binds them all together.

2) In the 2nd set of 5 minutes you'll sit in silence and observe the body. Be present with the body, giving gratitude, appreciation and love. Say it like you mean it, even if you don't believe it.
