Info from Licensor: I was at a mall in New York and was filming the giant blow-up Totoro I saw in the As Seen On TV store because I thought it was cute and funny. As I was filming, I heard my dad ask 'Is that a blue Pikachu?' thinking it was hilarious and cute that he asked that, I turned the camera on him and asked him to repeat himself. He at least knew that it was an anime/cartoon character and I love him for that! And the internet seems to think it was really cute as well.
