Honda Rancher Brake Issue - When the temp is below freezing the brakes lock up

The ATV was working but at times the brakes didn't stop really well.
But they did work, then comes this year's winter season after we have the ATV working.

The first time the temperature was around freezing, I noticed the brakes were having trouble with the brakes releasing. Now after the ATV sat overnight they had completely locked up and wouldn't work.

➡️Then the next day when it warmed up they started working again.
➡️Then overnight freezing temps they locked up again.
➡️They appear to have water in the brake and it freezes and locks up the brake.
➡️Now we go through the work of opening up the brake and checking it out.

👉 In this video we take the brake apart and clean the water and sludge out of the brake.
