Only Indinesia has

This is one food that only Indonesia has. It's called "Grilled Meatballs." Food made from ground meat mixed with tapioca flour and other spices then in the shape of a circle and cooked until it resembles a small ball. Then it is stabbed and ready to be burned. It's delicious served with peanut sauce.
