Federal Reserve Recognizes Shaky Economy: Gold & Silver Spike

The Feral Reserve backed down on raising rates and the frequency thereof because they know the economy is shaky. However, this benefits me because it gives me an excuse to use a special video effect to over illustrate this point....to the point of being annoying.
