Ingredients:

• 5 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 kg of chuck in cubes
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 cloves of minced garlic
• 1/2 bell pepper
• Cumin
• Turmeric
• 200 g of tomato sauce
• 1 cup (250 ml) of water
• Black pepper
• pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon spicy paprika
• 3 potatoes
• Chives

Method:

In a pressure cooker, put the olive oil and the acém. Let it fry and add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, cumin, turmeric, tomato sauce, water, black pepper, salt and spicy paprika. Close the pressure cooker, leave it on low heat. Wait for the beep and count 20 minutes.

Open the pan and add the raw potatoes. Close again, leave it on low heat, wait for the beeping and count 10 minutes. 🇧🇷 Remove from the pan and place in a container, finish with green smell.
