Welcome back to Winners on a Wednesday! In this episode, I interview Ezekiel Bademosi. Ezekiel got into property after watching Patricia Brights video and learnt about RENT2RENTS and felt inspired. After attempting to deal source for eight months and failing he started looking at rent to rents and got his first last May. Ezekiel now has 5 R2R (2 SA, 3 HMO) mostly in London and makes on average 4k a month.

Ezekiel continues to work now out of choice works as a primary school teacher for those with special needs and does semi professional football. Ezekiel credits his success to my training programme as he showed it’s possible and kept him motivated with winners videos.
