500 year old Viking Dish - My Family Recipe

3 handfuls of Basmati rice
water up to your first knuckle
1.5 bouillon cubes, chicken
1 handful of peas
1 handful of corn
Star or seed of Anise 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Cardamom seeds or powder 1 tsp
2 medium pieces of any white fish
(Don't use salmon)
Cook in your rice cooker until done.

1stick of butter
2.5 cups white sugar
1 cup whole milk
bring to a boil while stirring 10 min
Add 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk and bring to a boil on med low heat. stir constantly until it becomes sugary and puffy bubbles. Approx. another 10 to 20 minutes.
pour into a buttered pan or use parchment paper (preferably)
cut into small squares

Use as sugar cubes in coffee or eat as candy.
