This is a 15 minute full body toning home workout without equipment and without jumping. We will do 15 different exercise moves to tone the body. We do each exercise for 40 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds. We will focus the first 5 exercises on the legs, thighs and glutes; the next 5 exercises will work the arms (triceps especially), chest and back; and the final 5 exercises will work the abs and target the lower belly, upper belly and obliques (aka 11 line abs).

There is no jumping in this workout. You can use a mat or a soft surface to complete this home workout.
