Too many people load too much weight on the bar and do quarter squats.

Stop that sh*t.

Not only are you screwing your muscle gains over, but you are putting even more stress on your knees and joints. Full ROM is better for your body in all ways!

Lower the weight, get your range of motion right (I can help if needed, just DM me!) and then work back up and make gains!
