Friday Night Last Call - Six Week Trial Warp-up! Amber Heard

A couple of weeks ago, we talked about the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard trial and this whole thing has just fascinated me. I’m kind of a law geek – I’ve never taken a law class, but I have studied it in an amateur fashion and voraciously consume stories from my lawyer friend about cases he’s been on over the years. But this case is not just about legal ins-and-outs, nor is it just about celebrity gossip. To me, it’s about #MeToo gone wrong and how “listen to victims” became “believe all women” and ultimately apexed at misandry. We’re going to drink and discuss these light, relaxing topics.

And joining us tonight is a returning friend, Maria of Maria w/Tea & Telly. She is interested in this topic, too, and she had wanted to be here for our last talk about it, but she is a very busy YouTuber. Her channel following has more than doubled since then, so we are so glad she could care out some time for us tonight!
