Artificial Wombs, Creating Their Own Evolution Via Genetic Engineered Babies

They claim it would help the decline of the world's population that has been purposefully created, (remember the Bill Gates Ted Talk years back on how they could lower the population by 10-15%), now they believe by playing God and creating genetically modified babies, (custom designed by the parents), they can create for themselves a new type of evolution for the world/people they want.
