Acts 12 Saul's Conversion and Preaching of Jesus (9:1-31)

Hi SBC Family,

Tonight we will meet Saul again. This time things change in his life radically, and as a result the whole world changes from that point on. It all goes back to Christ who is the real changer of history, but this is the man He used to write 13 New Testament epistles, a man who was just as zealous to propagate Christ as he was to persecute Him before, and the result is a change in the whole world. I have always been amazed by Saul/Paul. He's complicated. He writes many things hard to understand. I was blessed to study quickly through all of his epistles this last four months. It was helpful and most of the difficulty is gone, but he is still hard to follow. It's no wonder the church has taken 20 centuries to unravel this man's genius inspired by the Holy Spirit. I have two handouts tonight. One is a typical Summary outline with commentary, and the other is an outline of Paul's Epistles Written in Relation to His Journeys and Imprisonments. You'll want to keep the second one with you for the rest of our studies. Remember, when we get through Acts 14 we will start Galatians, to fit it in where Paul wrote it.

Grace to you,
Jeremy
