House Republicans have been cut out of negotiations related to the next spending bill, despite a winning majority, according to GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik.

"Americans are still paying more for just about everything due to Biden inflation. The skyrocketing price of goods, travel, and services will make this the most expensive Christmas in history. Yet here we are with Democrats controlling government in the final hours trying to keep the lights on in one-party rule," Rep. Elise Stefanik, chair of the GOP conference, said at a news conference on Wednesday.
