Brittney Griner "heartbroken" over Paul Whelan's detention

Brittney Griner's agent Lindsay Kagawa Colas told CNN the basketball star is “heartbroken” that Paul Whelan remains detained in Russia. The White House was unable to secure the former U.S. Marine's release as part of the prisoner swap for notorious arms dealer Viktor Bout. Griner's agent added Whelan and his family remain in Griner's thoughts.
