Oregon’s Governor Commutes ALL Death Sentences

She claims it’s “immoral” to legally put people to death after a trial and jury by their peers has found them guilty of these heinous crimes against humanity. And WHAT ABOUT THE VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES?!
